Our home is currently available during the period you mentioned.The rate would be $495 for the 3 nights plus refundable security deposit $200.The total for everything would be $695. Rent includes all charges and no other extra to pay.

The property boasts spectacular mountain views from several private decks around the home, two living areas for greater flexibility with your family and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. After a hard day's riding, return to this home away from home to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or enjoy breathtaking scenery and a leisurely soak in your private hot tub.

We are private owners and not with any management company or other individual handling our property so no additional fees are added to your stay. We have only 1 cleaner and he is the same cleaner for every clean. Our unit is well maintained year round.
Rent includes all charges and no other extra to pay. Pin code door entry with no keys, so you can check in anytime of day or night.
In order to confirm this reservation, For booking over 7 nights,we require %50 rent plus a (fully refundable) security $200 deposit, then no one else can book over your dates.
Once payment has been received we shall confirm the dates are reserved for you, send you through our local 'guide for renters'

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
