i found an ad on facebook marketplace, this guy got me going for so long, finally after sending me copies of his will and so on...he finally agreed to do paypal instead of moneyorders. when i felt unsure because of all the things on here, before my money cleared on paypal..i revoked it. i actually told him id go to the house and ask around the neighbourhood..he said it was fine with him..and i actually did...found out the house was for rent a month ago and there was a tenant already there. he sent me his phone number and everything..he really got me going for a long time.

But as I had earlier said, me and my wife moved out of the country to scotland due a work transfer that will last for 5 years. You have to make a deposit payment for the first month rent, after the payment has been confirmed here,my wife will take her leave here and fly over to you with the keys and other documents that might have been signed by our lawyer. I also need to tell you this that after you meet my wife in person you will need to reach an agreement with her on the number of months rent you will be willing to pay in advance after which other months payment will be made during your stay in the house. Moreover, my wife talked to me yesterday about the issue and we decided that since you are having doubts about the security of your money, we should try and get you some documents that shows the place belongs to us. So I called my lawyer for some advice concerning that, he now recommended that we send you the copy of the will that shows how the property was passed on to me from my parents. This will should explain everything to you. I could have tried other options but as I said earlier we are presently in scotland. this is why I arrange that my wife comes to you to get you the keys and documents you will need for moving in. I also would like to tell you that if action can be taken today, my wife will make use of the holiday and head to you tomorrow so that she can make her journey back in the weekend. I believe this should be a simple and straight forward way. I really need to emphasize to you here that money is not the issue here but the convenience of both sides. Thanks for your understanding.

I need you to understand that we need the first month rent payment as it will serve as the security deposit as well as it will cover my wife's expenses in coming over to you. I believe you understand that we are very far away from you and this payment will be needed as security deposit covering the expenses of transportation down to you.
