Thanks for taking your time to contact me, I am glad you are interested in renting my house even though my initial plan was to sell the house since i relocated to another state due to my new Job and will be here for a while with my family, but I later changed my mind to rent it out, this is the third time am trying to get a tenant online the first time did not really go well and i did learn a lots, to be honest with you! I am handling everything myself without the involvement of any agent or Realtor
The first time I had an agent who I later discovered collected money on my behalf from a family and never gave them the keys and the lease agreement, THE SALE SIGN BOARD WILL BE REMOVE FROM THE HOUSE AS SOON AS I GET A NEW TENANT, SO THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT GET MISLEAD AGAIN BY CONTACTING THE NUMBER ON THE BOARD, SO FOR NOW YOU DEAL WITH ME AND IF YOU GET TO CONTACT ANYONE, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSE, BECAUSE WHEN YOU CONTACT ANY NUMBER ON THAT BOARD, YOU WILL BE TOLD TO DO SOMETHING ELSE, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL, and also I wont be sending my keys without proper documentation am sorry, but the second time I sent MY keys and it took months before security deposit and rent was paid which I later told the formal tenant to leave without paying a cent so please this is why I have to handle things myself, am sure you understand.
MY HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT, so you are free to decide on how long you intend occupying it, you can go by the house and take a view through the window to see the inside of the house since the windows are not closed. After seeing the house and you are satisfied with what you see, attachment to this email is the Rental Application, Questionnaire and The Lease Agreement, please print them out and fill the forms, then send it back to me for my review and proper documentation so as to validate you as my new tenant and I will sign my part of the Lease Agreement and send you copy as well, The ADDRESS of my house is: 1715 Mayflower Dr, Carrollton, TX 75007)
The utilities covers washers, dryer, refrigerator, Minor wave, Air condition...etc I am a contractor so I got a project I would be working on for 3-4years, so I intend buying a house here and I have already started working towards that and it has been great, I actually bought the house before coming, I saw the house on Craigslist and that made me put my own house there for rent, the keys are here with me because I had to take them back from the agent that almost ruin my name and that is why you wont be able to get access into the house but sure you could go round the house and view the house through the window since they are not closed sorry for that and I do apologize, just did not have a trust worthy someone to leave my keys with, I will make sure the keys gets to you between 1-3days because I will be sending the keys via FedEx and would provide you all the information you need to get the keys and other things if included.. so please let me know if you still intend renting my house like I said the rent covers the utilities all I need is a serious and GOD fearing family, I do not need a rich and rude family please am not after anyone's money I can stay without renting my house out because I do not survive with it.
Pet are allowed as long as they are not destructive. The monthly rent is $850 and the security deposit is $400. You can reply me via THIS SAME EMAIL as I will be at work all day, but I will surely respond to your email.
