Is this real estate agency really a fraud? I am looking to rent from them and just want to be sure I'm not getting into something I shouldn't be.

The company is a complete fake and is not registered with the proper authorities in the UK. Legitimate rental companies do not send the keys to a renter that they have never met face to face.
