Thanks for your interest in our self catering apartment.

In response to your booking inquiry, there is availability in our self catering apartment from the 1st - 29th June, 2014 = 4 weeks.

Find below the details of the apartment, the flat location and the rent rates; kindly know that the apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures.

DETAILS OF APARTMENT:
PEMBRIDGE GARDENS:- Two Bedroom Apartments @ 500/Week, 75/Night
Pembridge Gardens, Bayswater, London, W2 4DU.

-The rent rate includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas etc), VAT and all taxes/surcharges.

-This is a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom and well furnished apartment.

-We supply all linens, and there is a free parking space and high speed wireless Internet facility for your convenience.

-Kindly know that due to large numbers of booking inquires we received everyday we can not guarantee any reservation without payment deposit received.

COST OF BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT

The Rent Cost for the 4 weeks is 2,000-GBP.

The Security Deposit is 300-GBP. (Refundable on your departure date)

The Total Cost of Booking is 2,300-GBP.



Payment Terms:

We require a booking deposit of (40% of the rent cost, plus the 300-GBP security deposit) to confirm any booking/reservation and we also give away 15% Discount on every full payment deposit during reservation.

* Part Payment:

40% Rent + Deposit = (800 + 300) = 1,100-GBP.

* Full Payment:

New Rent Cost + Deposit = (1,700 + 300) = 2,000-GBP. (15% discount inclusive)

All reservations are subject to availability. Please note that your reservation is ONLY confirmed upon receipt of payment deposit in accordance with our terms and conditions.



Payment Method:

-We accept Bank Transfer for all payment.
