bristol flat scam with email address [email protected]

as in title,
its a gumtree add in bristol, after me enquireing about the flat (was 475 p/m with bills.. very cheap... but not too cheap ) got mail telling me how hard person had it with previous tennants not being able to pay and so wanted proof... yup thats right.. western union proof...
the email address was [email protected]
may the person stub thier toe every morning untill they learn thier ways.
only doing this post so people who search the address in google etc will find this so they know.
ps add have now been removed from gumtree.
