Our delightful, bright and spacious Two bedroom apartment is available for the date . The apartment is located in a wonderful central area and close to wide array of shops, restaurants and bars.

Two Bedroom: $60 per Night/$420 per week - Charges includes all utilities
To confirm guest reservation:
- we accept 40 percent reservation deposit and balance require to be paid upon arrival. Or you may pay in full at the time of the booking.
- We also require payback $200 security deposit for any damage donen during your lodge.
Breakdown Charges -
Charges for 87 nights is $5220 (40%) of $5220 is $2088 + $200 refundable security deposit should be made available. Total deposit of $2288 has to be deposited to the flat owner before we can confirm your reservation.

- All our apartment fully furnish and has fully equipped kitchen
- We supply all linens, and there is parking space.

The scammer explains why you can't view the apartment. In reality he can not show the apartment because he does not own the property.

Viewing may not be possible because right now we are having about 1,982 inquiries and almost 89% of them want to view before proceeding with their reservations which we considered impossible. Although we are now looking for part time workers who can assist us to meet up with the demands. Pending the time we will be able to find lasting solution to this, I will advise if you can look for another agency who can meet up with your demands in order not to waste your valuable time.
Although your patronage is very important to us but presently your demand cannot be met. Kindly keep us in mind for your next apartment reservation.

The apartment is not free for viewing because we don't disturb our guest. You can see the exact apartment via this link
