HELP, URGENT. I just want to make sure that it is a scam

I'm new at renting and without much help I found this guy on craigslist. Could you let me know if you think it is a scam???

First email:

Yes the Property is still available for rent and i am looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the Place now that i am not around.I wanted to sale the Property before i was advised not to sale it.

i just moved to Oklahoma on job transfer

i will be away for 3 to 4 years or more that is why I have made up my mind to put up my Property for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it. Also how long do you intend to stay? How soon do you intend to move in?

payment into my account so i can be able to make the shipment of the
package to your current address and advise the shipment tracking
information to you and you'll be receiving the package in the next 48 hours.

Here are the contents of the package that needs to be ship to you.

3) The house documentary file.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF IT IS A SCAM????

It is a definite scam - anyone who asks you to pay fees to receive keys, which is what will happen here, is a scammer. A real landlord would make arrangements with an agent or similar to show the property on his behalf.

If you can't physically view the inside of the property without having to pay someone then it is a scam.

Can you also post the email address this scammer is using for others to find.

He claims to be in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. He writes like a West African who has never been in America. He writes an address in the USA in improper format. He is a scammer.

Please post the email address (full headers would be even better) and any website involved.

He send me an apparent drivers license and a Lease with a signature, but its not signed and scanned, it is put in an image.

I'm doing this through craigslist. He told me his name is David S. Crowe
