Hi! I live in an apartment with my girldfriend in Barcelona and now our contract expires so we're looking for a new place. We found a really nice place that seems too good to be true, but we've been having some e-mail contact with the landlord and he seems really nice and legit, tho a little bit forward. We usually notice scams pretty easy but we could really use some advice and help to decide on this one.
After applying he sent us this:
Thanks for the email and it is my gladness hearing from you. I am the
owner of the property you are making inquiry of. Actually i resided in
the property with my family, such as my wife and my only daughter
before and presently we had packed due to my transfer from my working
place and now situated in the (London,UK) and presently my property is
still available for rent.Including the utilities like water, washer
and security, it is furnished but if u which to move in with your
furniture's no problem.
Pls i want you to note that i am a kind and honest man and also i
spent a lot on my property that i want to give you for rent, i will
want you to take absolute maintenance of my property and want you to
treat it as your own, money is not the most important thing but i want
you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it
neat when i come for a check up.
SO IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED I WILL WANT YOU TO FILL THE RENTAL
APPLICATION FORM BELOW..

have it in my file in case of issuing the receipt to you and

It is well noticed that you have spent time on getting your home familiar and we would enjoy it alot staying there.
We are students who finance our rent with study loan and private savings.
Apart from me and Jonas, our family consists of two small and very loving cats. They are very well behaved and are indeed a great part of our family.
We are a calm and clean couple who enjoys cooking and studying. We don't go out for partys very often and we almost never host any at home either.
What is included in the rent? And how do we get hold of the keys and such?

The apartment sounds absolutely lovely and almost too good to be true!
We do have a few questions aswell that I hope you can answer!
First of all, about the rent. On loquo.es it said 500, is that correct?
And also, is there a deposit? I can't remember if it was written, haha.
We were also thinking about getting the keys and the documents. We don't have access to the mailbox here anymore since we will move out rather soon and were wondering if we could possibly find a middle-hand here in Barcelona. Maybe someone you know here who could act as a middle-hand and hand over the documents and keys in person, just to somehow get a little more aquainted?
If not I will borrow a friends address, who lives close to us and whom I trust very much, to receive the mail. Is that ok?
And this is his last e-mail, in wish he also attached an image of his licence wish lookes legit:

me know in your next email, so that I can hold and secured my place for you
till your move in date as soon as possible, and for you to have the keys
packages arrives as soon as possible for bonafide occupancy, and for me to
instruct you my payment information in my next email, so that you can make
the payment through Bank Account or Money Gram. Can I forward you the
Payment Information for your deposit payment ?.
