Hello
Thank you for your interest in my apartment. My name is Dave Johnson, I am the owner of the apartment you are inquiring. I resided in the apartment with my family, my wife Evelyn and our only daughter and presently we've moved to Mississippi, United states on a new job placement with Naver Corp and presently the unit is available for rent for $600 per month unfurnished including the utilities (Heat, hydro, Washer&dryer, electricity, Garbage ). With a dedicated parking space. So this is not a sublet nor guestroom.
A lovely breakfast bar and nook, and a built-in desk! The family den is perfect for movie nights, built-in cabinets, and serene view of the street. Luxurious bath with his/hers vanities, jetted tub, separate shower and glass block windows!
We are looking for someone responsible that would take care of our apartment like theirs. Short and Long lease are welcome, because we'll be here for a long time. I'm sorry you may not be able to see the inside of the unit right now, but the pictures of the interior i posted. You may go by the apartment to have a look of the neighborhood and environment If you'll like to take things further do get back to me with your email address so I can email you the rental application form and then we can proceed further. You can text 601-255-9464

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
