Room for Rent and other rental scams

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? That`s ehat they say. And I even found out that the text is extremely similar to others warned as a scam:

The apartment is a 1 bedroom flat and am renting it out simply because i have a new job in London England, so i will need persons to rent so that it can be taken care of while am out of Berlin and i will be glad if you take care of the house like yours.
House location.. Pfalzburger Straße 2
10719 Berlin
Germany
Rent: 1 bedroom 100 Euros per week, 400 Euros per month all bills inclusive.
Security Deposit is: 200 Euros and refundable after two weeks in the apartment.
Minimum Stay: 1 Month(s)
Maximum stay: 5 years.
House amenities: CD - DVD - Video,Radio,Flatscreen TV, High- speed Internet with WiFi, Washing Machine, Dryer,Heating iron and Ironing board, Bed Linen & Towels, Master Bedroom, A guest room, Modern bathroom, Rest Room so neat.
Kitchen amenities: Electric Kettle,Toaster,Dishwasher,Refrigerator,
Microwave, Fully Equipped Open Kitchen,
Rooms:1
Bathroom with Tub,
Washing Machine,
King Size Bed 1,80x2m,
Accommodation Briefly comprises: open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, washing machine and laminate wood flooring, 1 bedroom (Chic and comfortable apartment with laminate wood flooring and a tiled main bathroom with electric shower over bath.
PVC double-glazed windows to the front and GFCH.
I will await your swift reply and the number of months you are interested in leasing my house so we can proceed with necessary documentation.
The apartment comprises separate fully tiled bathroom with bath and power shower.

It's a scam - the writing has hints of being written by a West African and not a German (or whatever nationality "she" would claim to be). Also, the mention of being out of the country is lining you up to introduce the fact that you will need to pay fees to receive the keys.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
