Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Recently I just encountered a rental scams through online advertisement on roomsDB.net..

Below are the email correspondences from the scammer...

In addition to the rest, here is some information about myself and about the apartment, so we knew a little more.
The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished, fully equipped, so you won't need anything to move in (you can also bring your own things furniture if you have).
The monthly rent for the ENTIRE flat is 750 SG$ including utilities (water, electricity, internet, cable, one parking space). You can rent the apartment for an indefinite period, but for a minimum period of three months.
About myself, I am 42 years old, single man, and as mentioned above I am a project manager in civil engineering, currently living in Liverpool, United Kingdom. You can move into the apartment the same day you receive the keys. I'm in Liverpool, but I already though at a solution so you can get the keys and visit the apartment to make an impression.

To initiate the process, I need the following information about you:
-Shipping Address (address where you want the package to be delivered) and name of recipient;

You don't need to open an account with Rushington Properties Limited because this transaction is a rental and the Landlord must open the transaction, just send me your personal details and i will open a case with them immediately.
Then Rushington Properties Limited sends you the keys and the contract already filled with your details; You will have 14 days to inspect apartment since the arrival date; If you want to keep the apartment, they give me the money, and we go on from there; If you do not keep the apartment, you send the keys/contract back to Rushington Properties Limited and you get your money back.

V prvé řadě je třeba vědět, že mohu použít translate.google.com napsat tento e-mail, a to bude pro mě snazší, pokud budeme pokračovat v tétokonverzaci v angličtině.
Jmenuji se Horová Jarmila, a právě jsem dostal e-mail, pokud jde o váš zájem o můj byt ve Veselá 173/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic.
Hledám někoho, kdo žije ve svém bytě, protože moje firma vyhrála aukci velký stavební projekt v Liverpoolu, Velká Británie. Jsem projektový manažer ve stavebnictví, takže moje období zde ubytování bude velmi velké (více než 4 roky). Měli byste také vědět, že oceňuji upřímnost.
Kromě odpočinku, zde je pár informací o sobě a o bytě, takže jsme věděli, že o něco více.
Byt je přesně jako na fotkách, plně zařízený, plně vybavený, takže nebudete muset nic pohybovat (můžete také přinést si vlastní věci, nábytek, pokud máte).
Nájemné je 6800 Kč včetně energií (voda, elektřina, internet, kabel, jedno parkovací místo). Můžete si pronajmout byt na dobu neurčitou, aleminimálně po dobu tří měsíců.
O sobě, já jsem 49 let, svobodná žena, a jak je uvedeno výše jsem projektový manažer ve stavebnictví, v současné době žijící v Liverpoolu, Velká Británie. Můžete se přestěhovat do bytu ve stejný den obdržíte klíče. Jsem v Liverpoolu, ale už jsem ale v řešení, takže můžete získatklíče a navštivte byt udělat dojem.
