Vielen Dank für Ihr Interesse. Wie Sie sehen, kann ich zur Verfügung haben die Wohnung in Postgasse 21, Wien 1010, Österreich, denn ich zog mit meiner Arbeit in Großbritannien, Manchester, und ich brauche das Geld, um die Miete zahlen hier. Dies ist der Hauptgrund , warum ich zu diesem Preis zu mieten und auch eine gute Person für meine Wohnung finden wollen. Ich kann Sie mieten das apt. für max. 10 Jahre, weil ich einen Vertrag hier für diesen Zeitraum. Ich bin der Inhaber der apt und es ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Miete für 1 Monat beträgt 410 EURO inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Internet, Kabel, Parkplatz, Klimaanlage , Kamin, Spülmaschine, Müllabfuhr, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank). Sie können in der Wohnung in der selben Tag verschieben, wenn Sie die Schlüssel erhalten. Das einzige Problem ist, dass ich die einzige Person bin, die die Schlüssel haben, aber ich hoffe, dass wir einen Kompromiss finden.

Erster Bezirk (1010 Wien): 5 Minuten walkind Entfernung zum Stephansdom, Graben und Kaertnerstrasse. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar: U-Bahn U4 und U1-Station "Schwedenplatz" und Straßenbahn-Station 1, 2 in 100 m Entfernung von der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung wurde im Dezember 2011 renoviert Es beinhaltet.:
- Eingang: Schrank, Stuhl
- Küche: Frühstückstisch mit zwei Stühlen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen und andere Kochgelegenheit.
- WC: WC Hygiene Dusche, kleines Waschbecken, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen.
- Badezimmer: Dusche, große Waschbecken, Schrank, Haartrockner.
- 2 Schlafzimmer: Doppelbett, Schrank, Nachttische
- Wohnzimmer: Sofa, Esstisch für vier Personen, die vergrößert werden kann, Regale, TV (mit Deutsch und internationale Sender).
Gratis-Internet ist in der ganzen Wohnung zur Verfügung.

As you can see I have available the apartment located in Postgasse 21, Vienna 1010, Austria, because I moved with my job in United Kingdom, Manchester and I need money to pay the rent here. This is the main reason I want to rent at this price and also to find a good person for my apartment. I can rent you the apt. for max. 10 years because I have a contract here for this period. I am the owner of the apt and its like in the pics. The rent for 1 month is 410 EURO including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave,refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I am the only person who have the keys but I hope that we will find a compromise.

The apartment was renovated in December 2011, it includes.:
- Input: cabinet, chair
- Kitchen: Breakfast table with two chairs, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and other cooking facilities.
- Toilet: Toilet hygiene shower, small sink, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron.
- Bathroom: shower, large sink, wardrobe, hair dryer.
- 2 bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables
- Living room: sofa, dining table for four people, which can be enlarged, shelves, TV (with German and international channels).
Free Internet is available in the entire apartment.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
