Hello,

I am happy to read back from you of your interest in my flat and also hope
you are not part of those time wasters.I want you to understand that i just
got this new job some months ago after i lost my job in London due to some
fake people i had anappointment for viewing with, who came 3hours behind
scheduled time andonly to even discover that they do not have the money to
pay therent.it has since then pissed me off with meeting with fake people
whowants to view and does not keep to time and also do not have money topay
the rent.I have since then seek my lawyer's consent to assit me toknow who
is capable to pay the rent before taking an excuse to leavemy office here in
Scotlan,Edinburgh to take the next available train to London. My laywer
demands from any interested viewers to provide a transfered receipt
indicating that he or she has just transfered a month rent and security
deposit to a friend of yours thru the fastest means of money transfer and
which could be as well confirmed in just some few minutes by my laywer, and
which after it has been confirmed you are free to pick back the money from
western union money transfer agents.I will refund back to you the cost of
transfer when i get to London before proceeding to view the flat.I want you
to understand that the money transfered thru western union to a friend or
partner of yours also indicates that you are capable of paying the rent and
you are genuinely the serious candidate even the stress you make to get the
transfer is also show that you are serious to rent my flat and not time
water. The receipt of the western union will be scan to me as i forward it to
my laywer to make confirmation from west have truly transfered money to a
friend or any of your relatives in western union, then i can get back to you
to arrange on how to meet with you.It does not require any of your bank
details and also this is another means you are learning here to make a money
transfer all over the world.

1. Locate the nearest western union money mart around you.

2.Pick up the form of transfer and fill in the details which needs to be
filled and return back to the post master.Details needed on the form are
{sender name;your name and address.}{receiver name and address}

3.Return back to the agent with the cash and your ID you are transferring to
your partner or friend and wait for the receipt to be returned back to you.

4.Scan the receipt to me and give me a call so i can check it if its truly
genuine and available in your friend's custody.

5.After it has been confirmed on the website, then we can proceed for the
viewing and you can as well tell your friend or partner to pick up the
money you can reach me on my mobile phone.07024091503 07024098672. Please
note that i do not appreciate any viewing after 7pm.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
