Can't believe this scammer is still doing this! From what I have read in other posts on here, he used to go by Michael Fallon. I received the exact same emails as posted on this site from Michael Fallon for an apartment in Ajax, ON. He now goes by the name Donald Blanco, email address is [email protected]. He will say his wife's name is Amanda.
Please beware, it's sad to know people like this are out there and trying to take advantage of others.
