Due to a lot of frauds on Credit Cards and Pay Pal, We no longer available these form of payments any longer. The only form of payment accepted is Bank and Wire transfer and one of the reasons we choose to Bank and wire transfer as a means of payment is because most owners of the apartments we offered preferred to receive payments for the apartment directly.
We also charge a refundable security deposit of 200 dollars depends on location. It will be refunded on your departure if there is no damage. We are obligated to keep the designated property reserved for and available to the guest for the agreed-upon dates. The guest is obligated to pay in full (rental fee plus security deposit) the applicable rental charges in case reserving less down 7 nights or 50% of rental fee plus the security deposit in case reserving more than 10 nights for the property upon booking, and is responsible for payment of additional services that may be requested, such as airport transfer etc. We reserve the right to change the rates if the guest wishes to make any modifications to the reservation.

For your travel dates we could offer you the following options:


Our APARTMENT is $450./week and a month is $1800.Two Bedrooms

We are available throughout that time. The cost per day is $70.00,

So for 2 months the total is $3,600.

This includes all utilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We
supply all linens, and there is parking space.

There is high speed wireless internet for your convenience.

If you are interested we take 40% and refundable $200 security deposit to confirm
your booking and the rest of the balance on your arrival.

Or you may pay in full at the time of the booking. The amount of 40%
would be $1,440 plus $200 security deposit making $1,600, we can confirm
your booking if you make the deposit now or the full payment before
arrival.

We accept money transfer or bank transfer only.
