Salve, sono Gabrielle. L'appartamento sito in via Benso Cavour 20 è ancora disponibile.

Hi, I'm Gabrielle. The apartment in Via Benso Cavour 20 is still available. As you can see is in excellent condition, very clean and well tenuto.E 'the first time I'm renting this apartment.
The rent is € 430 / month with everything included.
I want to rent the apartment by myself so I need to send the keys and cards. I'm sure we can find a way for both to be satisfied.
Thank You,
Gabrielle Witte

Ps I prefer to answer in English because my Italian is not very good.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Hi Michelle

Thank you so much for answering. I'm in London now, due to my job.The company I work for they have projects all around the world so most of my time I'm traveling.
The apartment is free in this moment, you will only have to receive the keys to check it and see if you like it. In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast so you will receive the keys in less than 3 days.
The solution I've chosen is provided by a company called RentPayment; they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc., so they will take care both the delivery and payment issues.

Regarding the monthly payments I want to receive them in my personal bank account, so I hope it will be no problem.

I would like to know more details about you. This just to know us better, it is very important for me to know who will live in my apartment because I want a good person.
I think you can understand me.. and finally I request money for 1 month of rent + 1 month warranty.

Hope to hear from you soon and I'll explain you more about how we will do this.

Sincerely,
Gabrielle Witte
