Thanks for the mail,i am very happy to read back from you,i want you to know that you can only view the outside of the apartment by passing by the place because the keys and document are here with me and my only friend who i surpose to send the keys to has betrayed me the last time i send him the keys of my aapartment to show the inside to my tenant who wanted to rent my apartment,but he betrayed me and planned with the tenant and they both stole some of my properties worth of 2,520pounds.So i want you to be rest assured that once the deposit payment is made the keys and document will get to you immediately okay.So i want you to keep your faith in God that with him all things are possible.

More over i can see your willingness in this rent.. I shall be giving you my property for rent and there is an Internet broadband connection inside. You are the type of tenant that I have been looking for and I want you to sticks on your words as a good responsible and trustworthy person that I can trust with all my hearts, so i promise to give the rent to you because there is allot of inquiry on the rent and i know you will love the interior of the apartment when you move in.I want you to have it in mind that I will like to send the keys and the documents of my house to you before your move in date via Int'l Delivery Company .

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money (again via Western Union) in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
