Hello,
I am sorry for my late response to your email as i have been busy lately, its still very much available for rent and ready for immediate occupancy. I am sure you would be asking yourself why my rent is low, that's because i am not too keen about the amount in renting the house out but to whom i am renting the place out to and I spent less time in the state so I could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when I knew how long we are going to stay in Africa that I decided to rent out the house. More so , the initial plan was to sale out the House which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the price and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find a for sale sign board in front of the house and another website that was the old advert but had to change my mind as my Wife is not OK with us selling the house. My intention is to rent my house to someone that is responsible and be ready to take great care of the house as if it were his or hers that is why the rent is low.I am very certain that you would love the comfy of the house.
I would like you to know that i am giving this house out for rent because I am currently in Africa where I work as a volunteer with the Missionary work of God Almighty and would spend some years before i would be through with my assignment here and if not because of this I wouldn't have been renting the home out because me and my family resides in the house and we love the house so much. Me and my family have decided that we would be moving to our other home when we get back to the state and I would like you to complete the tenant application form below and please be honest with the details to enable us choose the right tenant.
Rent Fees (Including all Utilities)
Security Deposit (Refundable at the end of Tenancy)
Pet Allowed ( No fee)
COMPLETE THE TENANT APPLICATION FORM BELOW:
1)Your Full Name?
2)Your Full Address?
3)Phone Number?
4)Are you married ?
5)Age?
6)How many people will be living in the house?
7)Do you have a pet?
8)Occupation?
9)When will you like to move in?
10)How long are you willing to stay in the property?
11)Picture of the occupant If Available?
12)Best time to call you?
13)Why and when are you leaving your present home?
14)Will you take very good care of the house as your own personal property?
15)When do you want to receive the keys and the document?
16)Email Address?
After i have received the above details i will discuss with my family and let you know our terms and how we would conclude the renting process so you can move into our home asap. You can drive by the house since I am not in the State and I don't have anyone to show you the inside of the house for now because we are all here for the missionary work of God so if you are still interested let me know by filling the Application form above.
Looking forward to hear from you with all this details so that i can have it in my file in case of issuing the receipt and contacting you and also to arrange to get the key..

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
