Missionary assignment together with my family. The house was formerly Up for sale but we have decided not to sell it anymore instead we are renting. I kindly solicit for your absolute maintenance of my property if you become my tenant.
We put in our best to make the house as clean as possible and we don’t like dirt around our surroundings So we are looking for a well-behaved,clean and honest tenant. We would like to work any flexible plan you have on your term of renting, Long or short term or month to month.It has 2 bathrooms and both full bath. Laundry is in the unit too
Note: Monthly Rent is $1000
Security Deposit is $600
All Utilities included in RENT
