http://www.spkpartner.com
Hi could anyone help as i have been getting contacted a lot by SPK Partners in Melbourne Selling AirBNB Shares at a discounted price. They were pricing Airbnb at $4.00 a share and for a 1000 it is $4000 and he said the warrant is one to one Common stocks when it goes onto the Stock Market. He said they will go into my name and I can resell if I want at any time or even before it goes to Market. They have no restrictions and no pay back to their company.
Is that Correct?

Everything looks correct, they have registered company and bank account here in Australia but on the website there is no address or telephone number which I find weird and a red flag. Why would a big international investment company hide that?
I am currently waiting for a reply from AIRBNB as they said this sounds like a boiler room scam which i have had some experience from that in my life, horrible times.
If this is a scam I will upload all their details from banking instructions and every other email correspondents I have had.
