In this email the venue and the hotel (advertising on ScamWarners!) are real. The rest closely resembles a conference scam (already reported here) in 2012. The UN department website does not mention any such conference for 2013. There was no "invitation letter" and this email message on 14 March was the first contact - absurdly late for a major conference apparently initiated in 2009 and to take place on 23-26 April 2013, with paper submissions by 29 March but no registration closing date. I have no track record whatever regarding climate change or sustainable development.

Apart from the fact that now the Invitation is for "UN Conference on World Financial and Economic Crisis 13-16 August,2013", the rest closely resembles a conference scam (already reported here in 2012 and again in March 2013).
