PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION: Participants can register as an individual, a group or as representative/representatives of an institution/Company. A group is made up of a minimum of 3 persons (Non-author participants are advised to form a group). Representative of institutions will be registered as a company and will pay the associated fees and others will be registered according to the declared categories.

GROUP: Participants are encouraged to form groups, especially non-author participants that is participants that did not submit any papers for presentation and therefore will not be presenting any paper at the event. A group is made up of between 3 to 12 persons.

Visa Procurement Assistance: Conference participants with clean criminal record in their country who require US entry visa to attend GASW conference will be assisted in the visa process. All participant will receive a round trip ticket but the organization through our airline sponsors will pay for 60% of the flight cost.
