You are welcome to share your knowledge and experience with us to build a better world for the future at the International Summit on Entrepreneurship and Technological Advancement which will be held from MARCH 14 – 16, 2017, at the BAYOU CONFERENCE CENTER HOUSTON TEXAS, U.S.A.
Nowadays, in order for countries and businesses to cope with global competition, it is indispensable for successful entrepreneurs to contribute to the economy in an economically sustainable and humanistic way, using advanced and Creative technology. Production and sharing of this knowledge is very important. In this sense, the theme of the summit has been tagged “Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development based on Technology”.
The Summit is multidisciplinary and its aim is to tackle business world and social needs with important scientific developments in technology and entrepreneurship in the field of Life and Health Sciences, Physical and Engineering Sciences and Social Sciences.
The summit covers following disciplines- Health Science, Life Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physics, Materials Science, Computer Science and Social &Behavioral Science.
We welcome Delegates, Esteemed Academicians, Business World, Civil Society, Public Sector Representatives, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Registration Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions set out the legal rules applicable to the ISETA-2017 Summit. Participants shall be bound by these terms and conditions upon registering for the summit and are advised to read and understand these terms carefully before registering. The Organizers will not accept any conditions contradictory to or deviant from these general terms and conditions.
• To be eligible to participate in the Summit, attendees must be at least 18 years old. Attendees may be asked to present an official identity card stating their age.
• If the maximum attendee capacity is reached, the summit organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.
•.Registered delegates are expected to honor the VISA thereby returning home after the Summit.
• All attendee’s details will be kept on our records, and we will not share your details with anyone nor contact you about anything other than the event you attend - unless you have indicated otherwise.
•Participants are to fill their registration form with their valid information details
• Registered attendees are responsible for the cost of their hotel accommodation in Houston Texas where the summit will be held.
• Registration documents received without the scanned copy of international passport front page and hotel booking confirmation receipt will not be processed.
• It is imperative for all delegates to observe relevant security procedures. All attendees are requested to wear the summit badge at all times during their stay at the International Summit.
Registration Process:
Registration is free and the International Summit on Entrepreneurship and Technological Advancement Sponsors will cover all registered participants travel tickets. Visa assistance will be rendered to delegates who require Visa to come to the United States for the program.
Delegates are welcome to participate as an INDIVIDUAL OR A GROUP WITH A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) MEMBERS.

Accommodation:
Registered delegates are only responsible for their hotel accommodation in Houston Texas where the summit will be held. The ISETA Organizing Committee and sponsors has negotiated discounted rates plus applicable taxes with the selected hotels where delegates are to make their booking and obtain the booking receipt with reservation code. You are advised to contact them via email and identify yourself as an attendee for ISETA Summit to obtain the special rate. The contact of the selected hotels will be given to delegates upon registration.
Delegates are expected to reserve their rooms from MARCH 13 - 17, 2017, as delegates are to arrive atthe Hotel on 13th March, 2017 and depart on the 17th march, 2017 which is a day after the last day of the program.
US Travel Guide:
Due to security concerns, US Visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. All participants Visa assistance request will be forwarded to the US Department of State for Visa authorization. This can only be done when we receive your filled registration questioner formsand other requested documents. Most Canadian citizens and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the US without a visa if they meet certain requirements. Visa waiver travelers from ALL 27 Visa Waiver Program countries must present a machine-readable passport at the US port of entry to enter the USwithout a Visa; otherwise a US Visa is required.
Delegates who require Visa to participate in the program will be assisted by the organization to get their Visa. As all Visa will be processed here in the United State by the US Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services. Participants abroad who require Visa to the United States must be in possession of a valid International Passport to enable them obtain Visa to participate in the program. As soon as we receive the requested documents, your registration file will be sent to the Attorney General in charge of Visa affair here in the United States in order to approve your Visa Authorization Letter which will be sent to the US Consulate in your country of residence to enable you go for the collection of your Visa. A copy of the Visa Authorization Letter will be sent to you. Take this with you when going for the collection of your Visa. You will be given an appointment date by the Attorney General to visit the US Embassy in your country for Visa collection after the approval of your Visa here in the States. Same information in your passport should be used to fill the Visa form which will be sent to you by the Attorney General.
Flight Tickets:
Free round trip air tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The round trip air tickets will cover from delegate’s country of residence to the United States and back to country of residence. As soon as we receive the requested documents, your details will be sent to the American Airline in order to route your round trip air tickets. You will be contacted by the American Airline Authority regarding your flight ticket.
Official Language:
The official languages of the conference are English, Spanish and French. However, a simultaneous translation into English will be provided for all sessions that take place in the main conference room. Interpretation in other languages will be available from speech-to-text reporting.
Due to time factor we advise you send the above needed information to the registrar for proper registration and to enable us commence with the processing of your entitled traveling documents to avoid delay.
