Dear Colleague,
It is a great pleasure to invite you to the World Convention on Human Rights and Elimination of Discrimination in all its Forms (WCHRED 2014), which will be held from July 15th to 18th 2014 in California United states at John Ray Conference Center 115 East 56TH Street Los Angeles, 90025 California United States of America and from July 21st to 25th 2014 at Le Grand Théâtre National du Senegal Saint-Louis Senegal. This Convention will bring together practitioners, researchers and educators from around the world who are engaged in human rights issues.
The Convention will focus on the main topic affecting our present society:
1. Human right and freedom
2. Discrimination based on religion or belief;
3. Racism, racial discrimination, persecution and apartheid;
4. Discrimination and intolerance in particular fields such as education and employment;
5. Discrimination against indigenous populations.
The WCHRED 2014 Convention is an exciting gathering of activists, artists, educators, journalists, policymakers, students, and others engaged in human rights activities around the world. The Convention provides a unique opportunity for a global dialogue about human rights and Elimination of Discrimination, ranging from performances to presentations, politics to policies, and activists to academics.
Delegates can participate as (AN INDIVIDUAL) or a (MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) PERSONS) are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and All registered participants must participate in both events, as the visa authorization letter of your group will be faxed to the consular section of the U.S embassy in your country, to enable them issue out the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA to all members of your group upon the fax documents.
IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT ONE MUST BELONG TO AN ORGANIZATION TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT. (AN INDIVIDUAL) or a (MAXIMUM OF SIX (6) PERSONS) forming a group to represent a Country or organization etc. are eligible to participate in the forth-coming Convention.
For registration to participate in this event, you may forward the names and passport numbers of your group members to us, as soon as possible, as all participants visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of residence.
All registered participants are entitled to a round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation during their stay in the U.S.A Only.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN USA:
The WCHRED organizing committee and sponsors will cover the cost of accommodation and feeding for registered delegates during the Convention in meeting in California (CA) United States only.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION IN SENEGAL:
Note: Delegates are responsible for their hotel accommodation charges in Saint-Louis Senegal with the recommended hotel that we have made available for delegates to stay during their participation in the second phase of meeting in Saint-Louis Senegal This is done to make sure that the participant will be available to participate in both venue of the Convention .
Delegates are required to make their reservation with the hotel management for 5 nights which is July 21st to 25th 2014. You are advised to contact the hotel management for necessary information’s to make your booking, because immediately after delegate’s registration is confirmed by our organization; the hotel booking confirmation receipt from the hotel management will be highly needed to confirm your participation and to ensure that delegates have secured accommodation with the hotel.

Visa Information:
All participants will be provided with visa assistance by the organization for only those that requires entry visa to attend this Convention in both countries. After confirmation of your registration, we shall send an official invitation letter to U.S Embassy in your country to notify the Embassy of your participation in this meeting and your visa documents will be process here in the United States with the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs visa section, before faxing your visa approval letter with other visa documents to the U.S Embassy in your country of resident and the same documents will be send to you, to enable you submit them at the U.S Embassy for the collection of your visa to attend this meeting.
AIR TICKETS.
The WCHRED organizing committee and sponsors will provide Air Tickets for registered participants only. The ticket will cover participant’s country of resident to the United States, from the Unites States to Senegal and back to participant’s country of resident.
