Our Support:
CHI Au Pair USA provides your family with a superior au pair program support structure committed to giving top notch personalized assistance, including a local Au Pair Coordinator in your community and a Regional Coordinator who is available to help 24/7.
CHI Au Pair Coordinator (APC) – The APC is available to help you for the entire duration of your au pair’s stay. The APC is prepared to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have. On a monthly basis the APC will contact your family to check in and find out if they can be of any assistance to you or your au pair. Your APC will also organize regular social activities and events with other au pairs in your community.
CHI Regional Au Pair Coordinator (RAPC) – The RAPC is the supervisory link between the Au Pair Coordinator (APC), the host family, the au pair and the CHI Main Office. Their duties include hiring and supervising APCs, problem solving, and implementing the overall program. The RAPC is a full-time staff member dedicated to helping you have a wonderful host family experience.

All CHI au pairs attend an extensive 4-day training just outside of Washington, D.C. This is an ideal location for introducing au pairs to America and the Au Pair program. Program Cost:
The costs for an Au pair to participate in the US Au pair Program are set by the United States Au pair agency organization. The following are only estimates of the costs to the Au pair each.
1. Application Fees : $200
2. Agency Fee: $250
3. Document processing Fee $600( Visa , work permits, and insurance).
4. Placement Fee of $200
Total: $1250
5. Airfare surcharge varies by departure city. In Most European countries there is no surcharge. In Australia, New Zealand or South America there may be a surcharge of up to $950 each way. ( Host Family are responsible for the Air ticket and all you need to pay is $1250)
We want you to kindly send us all the documents In wish you used in gaining chances down here,and the copy of your passport so it can help us match you and your host family together in our program. Such as(medical report, references, criminal check report) and the rest documents with your previous agency, so all those documents requested will help us process your documents, so as soon as you have send all that we will send you the Western union /Money gram payment method to send us the processing fees ($1250).And an Au Pair Agreement form to fill up.
As soon as you have read all the details and the procedures to become an Au Pair in USA and you are willing to continue with us for the Program. We require you to send an email back to the directed Regional Coordinator for the Application and documentation Process.
