Fifth letter from the Agency:

(PAYMENT BY AU PAIR)

Dear xxx
We are starting to process and monitoring your Working Permit Visa Application with the Department of Immigration and Services as well as local representative services in Australia. Your application will be approved. Before we can proceed further we need the following authorization documents from you;

Authorization Letter

You are required to produce an authorization letter scan to us via email duly sign to the “Au Pair Seeker Agency”. This letter has to clearly stated that “Au Pair Seeker Agency” have been appointed as the authorize representative to procure immigration papers on your behalf. The purpose of this authorization letter is to:

1) Contract processing functions (Signing and receiving of Hard copy of contract document from your Employer on your behalf.
2) Prepare all documentation needed for your Visa/Work Permit Application and applying them before they are been send to your country
3) Arranging your Travel documents
4) Obtaining your Health Insurance cover
5) Programming fees
6) Intercessor between you and the host family in case of any eventualities.

Additionally, Hard Copies of your Invitation and Agreement Letters has been received from your Host Family which is duly signed, stamped and authentic.

Contact Information for Visa Document

As the entire original documents need to be sent to you once we have obtain it. We would like to request for you to provide your complete residential address.
The documents will be sending to you via DHL or any other reputable courier services with “Private and Confidential” envelop which can be received by you not more than 7 Working days from date of received of stipulated charges below.

Banking Coordinates

Also required (not immediately) will be the provision of banking coordinates or information including SWIFT code for the purpose of receiving your entitlements/emoluments which we will be forward to employer before commencement of your contract and also help facilitate early payments of your salary and benefits.

Program Fees

A compulsory programme fee of 500 AUD (Five Hundred Australian Dollars) per year has been paid by your Host Family before you come to Australia for the purpose in which the au pair must attend eight training hours on child safety and 24 hours of training on child development before going to the host family. A Certificate of Confirmation for Enrolment will be issue to you. This certificate can be used to get other Jobs in the health care field on children related issues in case of other opportunities or work in Australia.

Health Insurance Cover

It is compulsory for all Au Pair / Nanny to have a health insurance cover here. We will work with the insurance company to place a health insurance cover for you. Your immigration process will not be completed without this process. Medical expenses as a result of sudden accidents, illness, or tragedy while staying in Australia could be protected. Au pair health insurance is provided by Australia insurance companies. The cost of these Medical insurance varies but it is a must your host family must pay this when an Au pair arrives or before they arrives.
There will be a standard premium of 500 AUD (Five Hundred Australian Dollars) per year which has been paid by your employee / host family (Aaryn Haden). A copy of the insurance policy will be given to your employee / host family.

Note, if you have any medical history please provide us with your medical report before you will be coming to Australia.

We at Au Pair Seeker Agency will be responsible for all the coordination of your needs as stated above attach with your international passport at your home office of your country.

Payments by the Au Pair

Au pairs must pay fees to the agency which varies from Administrative /Service charges and Courier charges fees plus a deposit which might not or may be compulsory and will be return at the end of the year, in most cases deposit are not compulsory. You don’t have to be worried about this.

NOTE I
If the Au pair leaves before the stipulated time, he/she has to bear the costs for the flight back to his/her home country and will not get the deposit back.

Tasks of an Au Pair

The duties of Au Pairs include taking care of the children (if necessary also domestic animals), light household work which is related to the child care, Preparing meals for the children, ironing, and washing their cloths. The amount of pocket money that the au pair receives depends on a country where she works.

NOTE II
An au pair's task is NOT: taking care of elderly people, teaching languages and she is not a harvest labourer.

Administrative/ Services / Courier Charges Fees:

There will be a minimum charge of 500 AUD (Five Hundred Australian Dollars) for all the Administrative, Professional Services and Courier charges which will be charge by you (Bernante Wilfredo Jr). This payment will be covered under your own expenses. This is the only payment you will be making.

All the Bills, Invoices and receipt of the various components will be sending to you for your references.

Payment Mode

Bank Transfer: For international transfer, we accept US Dollars only. The equivalent of 500 US Dollars is more or less 500 AU Dollars (Five Hundred Australian Dollars) with very little difference. Bank Wire Transfer to our head office account department. Our bank info is as follows:

Can you please post the headers to one of the letters from the "agency?" This will help our site killers, who are going to try to get that fake website killed so they cannot use it to steal from others.

So the "Australian" company is writing to you from Malaysia. Malaysia is base to a large population of Nigerian scammers, mainly because it's an easy country for Nigerians to travel to, as visas are easy to get.

Hopefully, the site killers will have the fake site down quickly.

Thank you so much. When I searched this agency´s contact number and tried to call them, they can´t be reached, and I discovered that their phone code is 60, which is from Malaysia and not from Australia. So I started to suspect them as scammers from Malaysia, then I was right. Thanks a lot. :beer:
