Thank you for the email ,
We are glad to tell you that you are the right person for the job. I
would want you to know that i am ready to process and send your Au
pair work permit and VISA that you would need for your trip and enable
you to stay and work in the U.K without any problems i also want you
to know that there has been many instances where the prospective
employees, Au pairs after procuring the VISA & Au pair work permit
from me went to work somewhere else or did not show up here at using
the documents for several things and also implicating my family and so
because i want to know the assurance of your honesty and determination
to work for me as an Au pair and not behave like the other employees.
I would not ask you to send money for the processing of your VISA or
your Au pair work permit, all i want you to do is to ask any of your
family members or friends you can trust to send a deposit of 250
pounds to your name via western union using my address in UK then scan
and send me a copy of the receipt given to you for me to call and
confirm if the deposit was really made or not and when i have done
that i would start processing your VISA and Au pair work permit and
send it to you and when you come over to UK you can go and get your
money back i need this as proof that you would be coming to work for
me as an Au pair after sending all the necessary documents you need
for your trip on my end, I would also like to assure you that
everything legitimate would be done including getting you an Au pair
work permit and there is indeed work for you when you arrive.
I would attached and send you the Au pair contract so that you can
look at it and sign and send me a copy to keep.
Waiting your response.
Regards

Thanks for the reply
We live at Leicester Square, Westminster, London. We have 2 children
(1 of them are at school full time) the youngest is at school only in
the mornings. We both work full-time so we are very busy and need a
reliable person who is confident in looking after children on her own.
We require the Au-pair to work 7:30 to 6pm with 2.5 hours free in the
mornings.
What we are looking for:
Most important is the happiness & safety of our kids, keeping them as
the main priority.
We are looking for 30-35 hours a week, depending on our work
commitments, with weekends to yourself. We need some tidying up and
laundry on a day to day basis and full ‘vacuum & dust’ once a week.
In terms of looking after the children, it is mainly giving them
breakfast & taking them to school in the morning, picking them
up/taking them to clubs, giving them dinner, arranging play dates,
going to the park/library, reminding Jude to do his homework & making
sure the brother/sister ‘debates’ don’t get too heated!
Pay is 200 pounds a week negotiable to be agreed depending on
experience and we will pay for your food & household bills. We will
also pay extra for any day-care required during school holidays.
Help with breakfast and getting the children ready for school.
Take the children to school on foot for 8:55am,
Pick up the youngest at 11:30 and prepare his lunch, Play/organize
activities/read books to him until it is time to pick up the 3 eldest
at 3:30pm, Prepare dinner and do their homework
Light housework required i.e tidy up after the meals and load the
washing machine, get the children to help you!
Good English speaking is essential, as is the ability to prepare
interesting meals for healthy eating kids.
Must be non-smoker.
You will be free from 6pm and every wee
If you think this position might be what you are looking for please
send your CV and we will get in touch as soon as possible and let us
know if you have all your traveling documents intact as we would be
glad to be of assistance in procuring an Au pair Visa and Work Permit
for you.
You would find some pictures of the family in the attached file.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Carrie DeLauter.
the offer they provide to me is quite normal one , no very high salary.
but from their second letter
they say that they can process VISA and work permit for me . is that weird? i thought VISA can only be done by the person himself . right?
yet they asked me to send money via western union
"I would not ask you to send money for the processing of your VISA or
your Au pair work permit, all i want you to do is to ask any of your
family members or friends you can trust to send a deposit of 250

hope someone can help me out , is this a trick?
