First of all, thank you for your interest! Its a great pleasure to read back from you and we look forward to also having you as a member of the house. A brief introduction of my family: We are a fun, easy-going, young family that enjoys traveling, movies, sports, going to the beach, amusement parks, etc. and would like an Au Pair who is similar to us. Our family loves the outdoors, and hope you do also. We are looking for someone who can expose our children to different culture and language. We live in a lively, safe neighborhood and have a pool to enjoy in the summer. Spring sports include softball and fall sports include soccer; karate is year round! We need someone to be a team player with us and we are a great communicator, so we can help each other. You must take this job seriously, and understand that you are impacting our children's lives. You must interact with the children on all levels, and be comfortable with homework (very important), preparing (healthy meals) and hanging out at sporting games. Mon-Fri we need your help from 8.00-11.30 AM because they will resume summer classes by 12noon, then you are free until 3.00 PM, time to pick up the girls from summer school. The kids have dinner around 7.30PM and they go to bed at 8.45 PM. Although some flexibility is useful. Your working hours is 6 hours daily weekdays while you are Saturdays and Sundays as your free days. We honour your free time and try to be flexible with schedules when we can be. We'd love you to be a part of our family, this is very important to us. We hope to make your experience as an au pair an enriching one and look forward to finding someone not to just take care of the girls but to be a part of our familyIn our home, you will have your own privatefull size bedroom with bath. Your room will be equipped with internet, TV/DVD. You do not need to have a driver’s license, although it would be beneficial. Also we would like to know your earliest date of arrival and for how long you will like to be with us.

Also, there are certain conditions you must meet before you can enter and as well work in the United Kingdom. As a foreigner, before you can enter the UK,you must obtain a UK visa and also before you can work you have to get a work permit but the most important one is the UK Visa. There are two ways you can get the UK Visa.(1)You can get it at the local British embassy in your home country and (2) it can be processed here in the UK by the Home office by UK Visas professionals.

But people abroad seem to always encounter one problem or the other when processing their visa at their local embassies which always results in their being denied or delayed especially if they find out they do not have the required papers. If you want the documents processed by yourself, I can send you all necessary documents. I also want you to know that it can be processed here in the UK and I can help you handle that if you want me to I want you to know that there are professional hands that can help you get not only visa but also all necessary travel documents within a week of application if you enlist their services and I can connect you with one if you are interested. And as regards helping you with the processing fees.that is no problem, as a matter of fact, you can be assisted with the total cost of travel down to the UK, but due to many reasons, one of which is unfaithfulness on the part of some au pairs because cases have been reported whereby after the host families has finished paying for the cost of the travel document needed by an aupair to come to the UK, the au pair would just disappear and they would never show up,so the family would be the one to lose.In fact, the original plan was to help you with the total cost but was advised not to try it.The best help we are ready to offer you is that we can offer to assist you with half payment of the total cost of your travel document processing and you too will pay the half, so both of us can be on the safer side. This is subject to your choice. LOOKING FORWARD TO YOUR SOONEST RESPONSE

Thanks for reading a little about us and our expectations for our next au pair. We look forward to hearing from you!

I already made inquiry into the total processing cost of your travel papers which includes visa, work permit, insurance your flight ticket and I was able to get the best deal. The total cost is 1105 pounds. Myself and my wife, having considered your financial condition, have decided that instead of you contributing half , you will only contribute 400 pound. Also we want you to know that the 400 pounds will be refunded back to you immediately you arrive in our home in London. It is just to serve as a security funds for us. I want to assure that just as you are serious about this job so is my family serious about you and we are really looking forward to having you as a member of the household in the shortest time possible and that is why, I will do all within my powers to make sure that everything works out fine and as fast as possible because we really need you more than you can imagine. I have attached the contract letter also to this mail, you are to carefully read through it and complete your parts also and then put your signature. After that, you should get back to me with a scanned copy of the signed contract so that I can make it available to my lawyer. You are also to keep a copy

I have attached the Visa Application Form to this mail. You should complete the necessary parts that pertains to you, okay, while you should leave the parts where I'm required to also provide some details. I will complete that myself, okay. You should also get back to me with the scanned copies of the following

1) The scanned copy of the photo page of your International Passport and
2)The scanned copy of your passport size photograph
3)The scanned copy of the completed Visa Application Form

With regards to the payment, you are to send the 400 pounds to me via Western Union Money Transfer and you are to use my details when sending the payment. Below is my details
