Yes it is a scam - the email address above is a free email address, not something that a legitimate business would be using.

This post viewtopic.php?p=191369#p191369 contains a link to the US State Department page on au pair visas and lists the only agences that are allowed to sponsor au pairs in the USA, with their phone number and links to their websites. "Go Au Pair" is not one of those authorised agencies.
