I know this is just one of those scams but of course I fell for it. But I didn't give any. It's all too good to be true.

Here's how it goes:

Then I checked it, Googled it and then I was shocked to see this site (by the way, thanks for putting up this site).

You are absolutely correct that this is a scam. Nobody else can obtain a visa for you: you need to contact the British Embassy or Consulate in your own country, and, if you are eligible to come to the UK as an au pair, you need to go in person to the Visa Application Centre as well.

Could you post the email address of the fake Mclarey family? Then, when other people receive an email from this scammer, they will find your post and warning if they google the email address - and also know that it is a scam.

This is the e-mail address of the family, [email protected] and the agency's e-mail address is [email protected] .. Hope this could help. Thanks again for the information in your site.
