I recieved an email from this guy today, thank god for this site this is the second person whos tried to scam me in a week, unlike the last guy i know not to waste my time with the embarrasment of being tied into an unreal job offer.

Thank you for posting the email you received regarding the fake travel agency - which is also part of the scam.

This scammer also used these details for the pretend-agency when he was pretending to be called Kate Thompson. You can see this here:

He tries to disguise the fact that he is using a redirect telephone number, by writing it like this:

+ 07031866542

If someone was going to call that number, however, they would take away the first 0 and add +44 for the UK code. Then the number would look like this:

+447031866542

This makes it clear that it is a redirect number. All telephone numbers which begin +4470 are NOT normal UK telephone numbers, but are 'redirect' numbers, redirecting all calls to a mobile phone elsewhere in the world. In this case, this number will redirect the calls to the scammer's own phone in Nigeria.
