This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. The fake host, or the fake senior immigration officer, will request money for the visa, or for a work permit, flight tickets, or other 'necessary travel/employment documents'. This money will then be stolen from you. The scammer will not obtain any documents for anyone; and does not really have an au pair position to offer.
If you are looking for an au pair job in the UK, please contact the British Embassy in your own country to check UK entry requirements. You can find the genuine British Embassy website by Google searching 'British Embassy' and the name of your country. Note that a genuine British Embassy email address will always end with @fco.gov.uk (and with no words or abbreviations after that).
Do not send money to any agency, embassy, lawyer, or other person introduced to you by a potential employer. If you wish to consult the UK Border Agency, do not use an email address or website address given to you by your potential employer, but go to the genuine website here:

Subject: are you interested in working for my little boy
Introduction.
Good day, please do allow me to introduce myself, and do read my message carefully, make sure you understand it before replying. I am Stephanie Fulcher Senior Engineer at Reading Borough Council, Reading, United Kingdom, Floor 4, 2-4 Darwin Close, Off Commercial Road. Lately I was handling a contract in the UK , and the title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: UK-Reading: winter maintenance contract was as follows:
Provision of a winter maintenance service to all highways, other than motorways or trunk roads, within the administrative boundary of Reading Borough Council in Berkshire . Contract involves the provision of winter maintenance services, including precautionary and post salting on scheduled routes, along with spot salting, snow clearance and the installation and maintenance of salt bins.
Currently, I will be in and out of UK for a Fresh contract work in South Africa and i have a one year and three months old now lovely son called Daniel, I just need someone who is God fearing, and naturally good, possibly before the end of this month.
If I can get someone as soon as possible, I will be glad because we need the person to be here as soon as possible because I am already off and on. If you are really ready to care for my son, just get back to me so I will go straight to the UK immigrations and tell them the good news, they asked me to get back to them as soon as I find a nanny so they will direct me to a senior immigration officer who will instruct and guide the nanny in getting a two year working visa, without denials, which is the visa needed for you to work with us.
I have a beautiful property with horses and swimming pool and are searching for someone interested in spending a long time with my family caring for my son, as if they were part of the family. I am looking for a responsible and Independent person who can be self motivating. The position would be most appreciated by someone looking for a beautiful experience in one of the most beautiful parts of London rather than a means to earn money. Position is available ASAP and a 3 month long commitment is required though longer is possible and better.
I wish to pay 800 British pounds every month , and 50 british pounds allowance every week, Between every three months you will be given a week break, and if it happens that me and my child want to travel to other countries for holiday or visit, you will be going with us. After i am sure that you are coming, your flight ticket will be taken care of by me and also three months salary will be made upfront, but mind you that’s when the said immigration officer gives a go ahead.
We had a Nanny but she is married and has moved with her Husband. Should you accept to take up the position with us, you can start as soon as possible. According to the Authorities here, since I am a private employers they will not want us to waste money and time, then at the end of the day, visa will be denied, then we will start complaining, so they suggested that we need to process your visa from their high commission at UK directly, with this, there is nothing like denial, i will back you up with my personal account details and other supporting documents. As long as you have an international passport, there is no problem for now to get the needed UK working Visa. send me your pictures and C.V so that i can know your level of seriousness in working with my family...
Regards
Stephanie Fulcher
