Yes it's a very standard West African scam. The idea is that you can share in millions of dollars but first you must pay some fees. You will send the scammer money and will get nothing back.

A trustee under a will is named or appointed under the will and cannot be selected at a later date by the beneficiary, otherwise there's no point having a trustee. It's a silly idea but enables a scammer to claim that you can get access to millions of dollars if you pay them money.

It's unlikely that someone starving in an orphanage has internet access and a mobile phone and undoubtedly you're in contact with a male scammer working in an internet cafe.

I hope you haven't sent any money but, if you have, there's no point in sending any more, as you will never get anything from this person who is a thief.
