This is an au pair scam. There is no real job, and the scammer will ask you to pay for non existent work permits, visa, or other travel documents. Don't fall for this scam!

I am Mr. Martin Anderson , a 38 years ,old man married with
three kids, two girls and one Boy.My wife name is Laura while my kids
names are Jessica,Thomas and Lotus. Jessica is 4years,Thomas is 3
years while Lotus the youngest of them all is 2 years.I'm also a
Christian.I live at WESTWOOD BLVD,LOS ANGELES,CA,90024 in
America(USA).I am a Most senior Geologist for an Oil company.
The main purpose of writing this mail is because I want to know
whether you can be my next Au pair or Nanny. As I said above that I
work in Oil Company as a
Geologist.I am married with a lovely wife and we are blessed with
three kids.Our family is an integrity,calm and easy going one. I am
the Head Geologist of an Oil company awhile my wife is a doctor by
profession.I travel a lot I am hardly around due to the nature of my
job while my wide too is always busy with her hospital job and comes
back at night around 7pm. So we really need a Nanny who can take
absolute care of them. I would need you to be with them at home &
treat them like your own family. I will be given you an apartment for
your privacy inside my Main building or outside the building but in my
compound which has internet facility and phone which enables you keep
in touch with your family too. You'll also be responsible for taking
care of the kids including taking them to school, shopping and other
things.
Your will be earning $1300.00 per month and $200.00 for your
family back home.We are doing this because we want you to have
a good saves when you are ready to return back home.I will highly
appreciate your reply if you're interested in the job. We need you as
soon as possible. All I need is your trust and
