There is a real Dr Stephen Murray of the James Cook University Hospital - but these emails are not from him; they are from a scammer who is pretending to be him.

This fake Dr Stephen Murray does not have an au pair position to offer, and his 'authorised migration consultant company' is also fake and will not really obtain a visa or any other documents for you..
