This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. You can read a near-identical introductory mail from the scammer calling themself Stephanie Fulcher here:

Hello,
Introduction.
Good day thanks for been interested in been my son au pair ,please do allow me to introduce myself, and do read my message carefully, make sure you understand it before replying. I am Neal May Senior Engineer at Reading Borough Council, Reading, United Kingdom, Floor 4, 2-4 Darwin Close, Off Commercial Road. Lately I was handling a contract in the UK , and the title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: UK-Reading: winter maintenance contract was as follows:
Provision of a winter maintenance service to all highways, other than motorways or trunk roads, within the administrative boundary of Reading Borough Council in Berkshire . Contract involves the provision of winter maintenance services, including precautionary and post salting on scheduled routes, along with spot salting, snow clearance and the installation and maintenance of salt bins.
Currently, I will be in and out of UK for a Fresh contract work in South Africa and i have a one year and three months old now lovely son called Tyler, I just need someone who is God fearing, and naturally good, possibly before the end of this month.
If I can get someone as soon as possible, I will be glad because we need the person to be here as soon as possible because I am already off and on. If you are really ready to care for my son, just get back to me so I will go straight to the UK immigrations and tell them the good news, they asked me to get back to them as soon as I find a nanny so they will direct me to a senior immigration officer who will instruct and guide the nanny in getting a four year year working permit, without denials, which is what is needed to work in UK..
I have a beautiful property with horses and swimming pool and are searching for someone interested in spending a long time with my family caring for my son, as if they were part of the family. I am looking for a responsible and Independent person who can be self motivating. The position would be most appreciated by someone looking for a beautiful experience in one of the most beautiful parts of London rather than a means to earn money. Position is available ASAP and a 3 month long commitment is required though longer is possible and better.
I wish to pay 250 British pounds every week , and 50 british pounds allowance every week, Between every three months you will be given a week break, and if it happens that me and my family wants to travel to other countries for holiday or visit, you will be going with us. After i am sure that you are coming, your flight ticket will be taken care of by me and also three months salary will be made upfront, but mind you that’s when the said immigration officer gives a go ahead.
We had a Nanny fronm Russia but she is married and has moved with her Husband to USA. Should you accept to take up the position with us, you can start as soon as possible. According to the Authorities here, since I am a private employers they will not want us to waste money and time, then at the end of the day, work permit will be denied, then we will start complaining, so they suggested that we need to process your paperworks from their high commission at UK directly, with this, there is nothing like denial, i will back you up with my personal account details and other supporting documents. As long as you have an international passport, there is no problem for now to get the needed UK working permit but for your UK visa you can sort that out yourself at the UK embassy in your country because i will only need to send you a letter of invitation and also a letter of employment which you can take to the embassy so that is easier but i will only give you the letters after your UK working permit is sorted out. if you are interested kindly reply me back with your C.V and more pictures so that i can go and tell them the good news at the UK home office....thanks
Best Regards,
Mr Neal May
