after several conversations he started asking for money to be wired to him in India, New Delhi, because he needed to pay for hotel fees. 800usd. then he faked his daughters car accident and asked me for 3,000usd so she could get emergency services at the hospital. He was now claiming he lived in Texas, but in the UK and then India for business. When I wouldn't send him anything for his daughter he then asked for 100 dollars so he could see a doctor. Still didn't send him anything. Then he asked for 15,000usd so he could buy a nice house for us and move him and his daughter to my town. he needed it to pay for shipping costs of raw materials on which he had invested everything he owned. (wouldn't an experienced business man have factored in shipping costs?) So I broke contact with him.
I found another profile on FB with the same basic information. a university, interested in both men and women, widowed, one daughter, but with different pictures, and that profile is listed here at Scamwarners too, only with a different name.

I believe these are the same men, or at least the same scam, because the letter and things said are so identical. including being born and raised in greece and his wife being from chicago and the 8 year old daughter.
Sam told me his daughters name was Victory, but when I asked how she got such an unusual name, he didn't answer.
