Scams offering fake Au Pair positions
by Chris Fuller Sun May 01, 2011 1:39 am
This is a scam, and the fees and regulations are invented.

If you are looking for an au pair position in the UK, please contact the British Embassy in your own country to check UK entry requirements. You can find the genuine British Embassy website for your country here:

http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/travel-and-liv ... n-embassy/

Note that a genuine British Embassy email address will always end with @fco.gov.uk (and with no words or abbreviations after that).

Do not send money to any agency, embassy, lawyer, or other person introduced to you by a potential host family, nor follow their instructions about opening a bank account.

If you wish to consult the UK Border Agency, do not use an email address or website address given to you by your host family, but go to the genuine website here:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/

The UK Border Agency's genuine contact email addresses and telephone numbers can be found here:

Hello,

I spoke with my wife and we have decided to hire you. You can prepare your luggage's to come in UK. We will be very happy to have you in our family.
Before you arrive in UK you have to know that you have to pay some taxes to get a full work permit, travel Visa.

Here are the taxes you have to pay:
1. Green card work permit - £225
2. Sponsorship License - £200
3. VISA (Tier 1, General Migrant ) - £350
4. Certificate of Eligibility ( it will offer free medical treatment in case you get sick witch is require to get your VISA and Green card Work permit , a life insurance during the period you stay in UK and a National Insurance Number) - £175

To obtain full UK citizen membership within few weeks you must have a UK bank account opened in your name. I can open a bank account in your name through my Bank ( Barclays Bank Plc). You must transfer this funds to this bank account witch will be opened on your name so you can use the funds to pay the taxes when you will land in UK.

When you have the fund transferred to your UK bank account, you can go on work permit website (workpermit.com) and you can apply by your self to get the VISA and Green Card work permit. You will chose to pay with your UK bank account. By paying through UK bank and with my reference as employer , they will have the documents ready for you within 1 week.

I wait your email with a copy of you Passport and a copy of your driver license or a second document so i may be able to open for you a bank account. As soon the account will be opened i will email you your bank details so you can proceed with the transfer of the requested amount so you can pay your taxes for VISA, Green card and all the application fee when you will be in UK. I will also go at the UK Embassy so i can arrange the formalities in your name so you can obtain your necessary documents and i will specify that you will transfer the money from your UK bank account in the same day you apply for this documents.

Thank you

P.S. I forgot one thing to mention. As a gift from your new family and because you have so many taxes to pay because of our UK rules, me and my wife decided to buy the flight ticket for you. Just let us know when you are willing to come , the nearest airport in your area and the flight hour when you wish to fly so we can book the ticket for you.

why on hell you say i'm a scammer? I realy hired a lady. I'm not a scammer. I will sue you because you brought unjustified insults to me.

What is wrong that i tried to borrow some money?

How you could just say i'm a scammer if you don't have any proof.

Take that off from your website or i will contact my lawyer.

You have 30 minutes to appologise and to do take it down

I do not know if you are the person who sent the scam mail from Aleader Pondoli above.

But I can assure you that the email above is easily recognisable as a scam to anyone who is from the UK - which I am.

The link to the loan scam is not an email from someone who is trying to obtain a loan, but is a scam from a scammer (at the same email address as Aleader Pondoli above) who is trying to steal money from people by pretending to offer loans.

These scam mails and the associated email address of [email protected] will remain.

I am alexander padoli and i assume you that i am not a scammer.
when i hired a nany somebody told me to look on google because they must pay something to get their documents ready. I open an account on cashplus (wich is free and offer uk bank account) she trasfered only £100 on it.

i dubble check the details and i have seen that she don't need visa or other documents. she paid only for working contract because i contacted a company to make her one for 1 month.

so please take it off from your site because i am not a SCAMMER.

You ruin my reputation. I tried to sell my F1 monaco tickets and now that buyer think am a scammer.

Nice to meet you, and nice try!

Next time you want to pretend you are in UK, you might want to avoid joining discussion boards from Romania.

As interesting as the occasional visit from a scammer is, I have banned you now. If you try to come back under a new name, that will be banned too. You have already given yourself away as a scammer, first in your emails full of wrong information about immigration, and then by revealing your true location of Romania.

Hi Boris, how's the weather in Vâlcea?

As Dotti said, this scammer has posted from Romania. More specifically, the nice town of Vâlcea. Also known as Hackerville, or Cybercrime Central by many law enforcement agencies. An interesting read on the subject can be found here:

How a Remote Town in Romania Has Become Cybercrime Central

I am extremely glad to hear that the buyer of your non-existant F1 tickets was tipped off before you could steal his money
