Hi luanadavis !
That is definitely a scammer. The language in the email is not written by an English speaking American doctor.

Here is another ad from "Dr. Harris" except in this post he's a single dad with only one child, a daughter, aged 4 but yet there are 3 people in the house. and he's only offering $900. per month!!!

Would you please post his email, with the headers? If you haven't done that before go here and scroll down:

Be sure to take out your name and email address.

Hi luanadavis :D

As Helen Halper mentioned , he's a scammer. To give you more proof, here is their second email

I really appreciate you writing me about your coming to take care of my kids. My daughters' name are Vanessa and Wendy..They are cool kids who love to be around people always. You work from Mondays to Fridays while my wife and I are at work. You can stay up to 6months and above. I will like you to email the agency who will be responsible for your visa processing.
His name is David Loredo and his email address is [email protected]. Email him and he will let you know what to do next about your visa processing. And let me know whatever he says..Thanks

Richard

Ip from the headers 41.155.46.122
Lagos, Nigeria
:bondage:

He's a scammer from Nigeria, there is no job. All they want is to steal your money for so-called visa.
You can't issue a visa via email. You need to go in person to the appropriate embassy in your country.
