Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

Their first email for the fake job

Hello Dear

We are Going Through Aupair/nanny search and we came across your email, We are a cheerful, friendly family in USA,and we looking for a nanny to take good care of our children.
I am Charles Lewis and my Wife Names is Jane,we both own a Fabric company in USA(USA). Our only child's name is Helen
Due to the extremely busy nature of our job and our tight business schedule,we have little or no time to spend with Helen,so we need a reliable and GOD fearing applicant who will take care of her and also be a mentor to her as she grows,because my wife and I are the ''busy and always traveling'' kind of Couple,trying to take care of our businesses around the world,so you will be in position to take absolute care of our child.
The job will require that you relocate to USA if you are willing to pick up the offer and all responsibility shall be taken care of by me.
The incentives attached to the job includes the following;
A private accommodation for you.
Your personal car(if you know how to drive)
A weekly pocket money of 300 Dollar
A monthly salary of 2000 Dollar
We are also willing to support you financially in any language school if you desire to attend one.
All these incentives will be put in place just to encourage you to perform well and be dedicated to the job.
