This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. The scammer writes:

I don't believe in Agency, If you are with any Agency please don't get back to me

because he knows that a genuine agency would not only recognise him as a scammer, but also be able to tell you the truth about how to become an au pair in the United States.
