The scammer pretends that there is an apartment to rent. There is no apartment to rent, and the estate caretaker is part of the scam. The website is also fake. Please do not send any money as a deposit - it will be stolen from you.
The estate caretaker told me that you have to pay the rent deposit
in order to secure the apartment and he also told me that there are
other tenants interested in renting the room and it is a first come first
serve basis and it is the first person to pay the rent become the
bonafied tenant of the apartment. So, you have to send the rent
deposit to the estate caretaker immediately so that he can secure
the apartment for you before someone else pay for it. Inform me as soon
as you have secured the apartment so that i can start preparing for
your arrival.
Hence, you should contact the estate caretaker immediately for
details on the apartment and how to book the apartment before it is let out
to another tenant. You can contact the estate caretaker via email:
[email protected] or phone number +447035903606 and there
website is http://www.ukflatsharecompany.tk
Inform me as soon as you have secured the apartment so that i can
start making arrangement on our trip to the UK. Hope to hear from
you
soonest possible.
Cheers

Thanks for responding, we are looking for a reliable and responsible aupair who will become a member of the family and an older sister to the children as well as having lots of fun with us. You will be asked to work 6/7 hours a day mon-fri with 2 days off normally at the weekends. We have 2 boys namely Alek and Seb, they are fun to be with, intelligent, smart and obedient. I need someone who will help with the children's daily care - meal preparation, taking them to and from school, playing with them for 3/4 hours 2/3 days a week before I am home from work, bath-time, bed times, taking the kids on outings/trips, playing fun games with them, washing and ironing and light housework. You will have plenty of free time to go to language school in the local town and there are many families nearby and I can introduce you to many au pairs.
We are looking for a lovely fun au pair to come and join our family and help us out. Until now we have had a great nanny helping us with the children but the aupair contract will end soon so we need a replacement, someone to help us with the children and the house whilst giving them a base in the UK to explore the UK and Europe. We live in a beautiful part of Brent. It is in the countryside but you will have use of one of our cars if you have driving experience but it is not a problem if you can't drive as we can enroll you in a driving lesson as soon as you start working with us and we are only a 10 minute drive from the local town and 20 minute drive from two major cities.
The children are all really good fun. Seb is 6 years old and he's always busy either at school, playing sport or seeing friends and going shopping!. He is our sensitive gentle one who loves doing arts and crafts but also going on bike rides and lots of outdoor fun. Alek the youngest is 2 years old and he and his brother have lots of fun together and are great friends. There will be a few hours a week of sole charge of Alek until next September when he will be at school until 3.30. Until then he finishes school 2-3 days a week at 1.00 pm but I will be home from work between 4-5 daily. In the school holidays, I would ask you to have as much fun as possible with the boys! We have a large 3 bedroom house with big garden and swimming pool. We hope to pay £12 hourly plus bus ticket worth £95 weekly and we will also provide you with a mobile phone with some inclusive minutes each month and the rest would be your responsibility. We would love a friendly, cheerful aupair with a sense of humor and fun!
Before we proceed further we will still like you to answer these few questions.
1) What is your nationality?
2) Have you ever traveled outside your home country before?
3) Have you much experience working with kid’s?
4) Do you smoke?
5) Do you drink?
6) Do you have brothers and sisters?
7) Do you Drive
8) Do you mind doing light cooking?
9) Can you help with shopping?
10) Can you help with housework?
Hope to hear from you soon.

There's no any name.

Welcome to ScamWarners, nellykoleva.

Yes, that is a scam. You can read near-identical scam mails here:

Silvia Perez Calcium
Claudia Panicza

Also, the phone number is not a normal UK phone number; it is a redirect number, redirecting all calls to a mobile phone somewhere else in the world. They are greatly used by au pair scammers who are really living in Nigeria.

I'm glad that you were suspicious about this person!
