This is a scam. The au pair position does not exist, and the travel agency is fake and will not obtain any documents for you.

The scammer then directs au pairs to the fake travel agency. This is part of the scam, and the emails from the travel agency are written by the same scammer who is writing the emails from Gerald Branson.
