If that was the original email, I'd say scammer automatically.

www.findaupair.com would have contacted you first if this had been legitimate, this scammer has taken your details from that site, I presume you have registered there, and sent out a fairly common script email.

If you are not registered with findaupair.com, then again, this is a scam.

Next will be an email asking you to use an immigration lawyer, for which there will be fees etc.

Ignore and delete, it is a scam

John DeLayny gave some good points, also they ask for an au pair from any country, while there is only a limited amount of countries of where an au pair can come from and be able to be an au pair in the UK.
