Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

This is a scam; the au pair position does not really exist.

very nice area with lots of things going on and two beautiful parks in
the neighborhood. We're looking for somebody to take care of our two
sons Eric and Dallas. You'll have your own room with

We are an easy going family who enjoy relaxing, going for walks,
drives, out door time, picnics, different activities. i and my wife
both of us work full time, but my hours of work in my Office is
difficult , so we need a flexible Au pair. Ideally, we're looking for
somebody who can help us with cooking and light housework, as well. My
sons Eric and Dallas, goes to school from 9 am to 2.30 pm so we
decided to choose your profile at AUPAIR-OPTIONS.COM.

Your Duties will include dropping the kids to school, collecting them,
and spending some time with them in the afternoon doing homework, art
and crafts and trips to the park. They are very energetic and full of
fun and so we need someone who will be happy to run in the park with
them.

Here is another email from this scammer, in which he requests that the au pair contacts his lawyer. This lawyer is also fake, and part of the scam.

Notice also that this scammer uses the same home address, telephone number, and fake lawyer when he is pretending to be called Dickson Brenard. You can read about this here:

Like i told you, do not bother your self on how you will travel down
to London, My lawyer that works with the UK border Agency will help
you with your traveling documents, his email is

letter and i will be going to his office as soon as possible.

Send him an E mail with a copy of the signed contract letter and he
will get in touch with you so that you can travel down legally to
resume your duties with us.

Tell him the date you are available to come and the Air port where you will

SOFT COPY OF OFFICIAL LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT/OFFER

We would like to offer you the position of an Au pair to our family for a period of 4 to 6 months. The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:

Hours
You will be required to work for approximately 25 hours per week. Every weekend, will be spent with the family or anywhere as you would have the weekends off.

Accomodation:
You would have a Private Live-Out or Live-In Accomdation depending on your preference with Private Bathroom, Sitting Room and Bedroom. Your room would also be furnished with a Television Set, an Internet Ready Computer System and a Fixed Landline telephone. We ask that all rooms be kept tidy and that friends staying over should only do so with our permission. If we go out as a family, you will generally be invited to come with us (at our expense) should you so choose.

Duties and responsibilities
Your main duty is the due taking care of Eric and Dallas. You will be required to get them ready for the day, get them to school

Salary
You will be paid an amount of 300 GBP (Three Hundred Pounds) weekly and a monthly salary of 1,250 GBP. Additional hours will be paid at a rate that we may agree between ourselves from time to time.

Start Date and Period of Employment
You are expected to start on the period you arrive UK and to stay for a minimum period of 4 to 6 months, If due to circumstances beyond your control or for any other reason, you wish to leave at an earlier date than our agreement, you will be required to give one month’s notice. If we require you to leave, subject to the conditions specified under ‘discipline’, we will give you a minimum of one month’s notice.

Discipline
Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:

Causing a disruptive influence in the household.
Job incompetence.
Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interests.
Unreliability in timekeeping or attendance.
Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:
First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:

Theft or other dishonest offences.
Drunkenness.
Illegal drug taking.
Child abuse or neglect.
