It's a scam.

If the English didn't give it away (the writing tells me that it was written by an African, not a British person), the phone number makes it very clear.

44-70 phone numbers are not British phone numbers. They are redirect phone numbers that can be forwarded to phones all over the world. They are most often used by African scammers who are pretending to be in UK. People who really live in UK do not have 44-70 numbers--any time you see an offer from UK with a 44-70 phone number, you can be certain it is a scam.
