Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

hi everyone! pls help me if this is a scam. i apply and send my resume to Mr. Charles L.Jacob([email protected]) for a position of aupair in UK.After sending my resume he send me this interview questions:

Icebreaker questions:

1. What is your philosophy about the nanny being indoors and the older child playing in a fenced backyard without direct supervision?

2. Tell me about your current (last) childcare position and its responsibilities?

3. What qualities are you looking for in a family?

4. What do you like most about childcare? Least?

Family /Upbringing:

1. Tell me about your own childhood?

2.Did you help care for your brother and sisters?

3. Can you tell us a little about your own family?


Education:

1. Tell me about your college (high school) education?

2. What additional childcare training have you completed since graduating?

3. Do you have plans to continue your education?

Safety Questions:

1. 1. Do you have training and current certification in First Aid

2. What do you think are the greatest safety risks for children?

3. Have you ever had a child that had medical emergency? What did you do?

4. What would you do if my child fell and bumped his head really hard?

after that he response with this message

Honestly......... I'm please with the mail you sent me okay.... due to the way you explain to me really show you known much about this job and I trust your word . I want you to know that you are not the only one that reply to my ads ... but for every each person that reply to my ads i pray over it. the Lord show the kind the person they are... when you apply to work with me. i also pray over it and the lord show it to me that you are going to be like a family member to us so i have called my lawyer to start preparing of your working contract letter as soon he finish with the letter i will forward it to you mail.... so that you can go through the terms and condition of the job the salary will also be included on the letter okay

a day after he send me a contract letter(i hope i can attach it here but i dont know how) with this message

after reading his instructions i email the agency that he refer to me receive this message:

Hi regs, yes, it is a scam, you are correct.

No one pays "Total of 1400 pounds Sterling payable to our head office so as to enable us to start the processing ofother needed travel documents such as flight ticket,work-permit,UK entry"

On top of which, there are only a few countries that are listed in the UK for au-pair visas.

This is a scam, they will take your money and then ask for more, for extra certificates etc, and continue taking your money till you have none left.

Ignore any further emails from them
