This is a scam; the au pair position does not exist, and the UK Border Agency address and telephone number are fake. The genuine UK Border Agency does not use a free webmail address like @live.co.uk - you can see the genuine UK Border Agency email addresses here:

You will notice that the genuine UK Border Agency email addresses end with @ukba.gsi.gov.uk - and with no words or abbreviations after that.
Also, all telephone numbers which begin with +44 70 are not normal UK telephone numbers; they are 'redirect' numbers, which redirect all calls to a mobile phone in another country. They are frequently used by scammers living in West Africa.

On receipt of the Form COE-UKIMG2011 by me, my lawyer shall courier it to you with hard contract copies, prepaid flight tickets and any accompanying permit documents to enable you receive Visa from the nearest British consulate following instructions from the UK Home Office as they shall let you know date to visit British Consulate nearest to you, hence follow procedure.
