Martins Hayford? - Also a scam?

Hello,
I just posted already a new topic about John Archibald Wheeler.
There was an other email I received and I stopped the contact because I wasn't still interested, but now that I found this forum I thought this could be a scam as well. I should have signed a contract letter and send it back to the home office but this letter was a bit suspicious. Maybe you ca help me to clarify it.

yes, it is a scam the 4470 phone number is all the warning you need find.

There is a post in here somewhere about 4470 numbers, they are 99% connected to scammers.

You can find the information about +4470 and +44070 telephone numbers which John mentions here:

All phone numbers which begin with +4470, +44070, or +44 (0)70 are not normal UK telephone numbers; they are 'redirect' numbers, which redirect all calls to a mobile phone in another country. They are frequently used by au pair scammers who are really living in Nigeria or Malaysia.
